Title	15.ESI.OP.064 Assessment of defence-related SME access to COSME programme.
Description	The outcome of the assessment is expected to (i) raise awareness; (ii) transfer know-how; and (iii) build capacity on the COSME programme throughout the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB). The contractor will have to:a) identify how to actually get defence-related SMEs and clusters to benefit the most from the COSME programme's instruments, tools and opportunities;b) validate/test study conclusions by providing proper support to pilot applications (aimed at accessing both COSME financial instruments and other support measures).
