To organise and hold meetings of the coordination groups for administrative cooperation on market surveillance by taking on the management of the administrative secretariat.The administrative secretariat must carry out all work relating to the preparation, organisation and monitoring of the coordination group meetings.The tasks of the administrative secretariat do not include the drafting of general or technical documents.This work includes the logistics of the meetings and administrative assistance to the group members. The logistics involve in particular: hiring of meeting rooms, catering, interpreting, document translation, drawing up of attendance lists and management of the CIRCABC website for distributing information, etc. Administrative assistance includes booking of participants' hotel rooms, assistance during meetings, reimbursement of chairpersons' travel and subsistence expenses, etc. These management tasks must take into account the working methods which may vary from one group to another.
