Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers	The performance of the contract is subject to the imperative condition of being in possession of regional authorisations permitting the supply of electricity in the Brussels-Capital region and in Flanders issued respectively by:— for lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5: the candidate must provide proof that it is in possession of the electricity supplier licence issued by the Brussels-Capital region (see Brugel website —list of suppliers);— for lot 6: the candidate must provide proof that it is in possession of the electricity supplier licence issued by the Flemish region (see VREG website - http://www.vreg.be/energiedecreet).
