Title	Ex-ante publicity notice for extension of deadline for expressions of interest for a contract for the Development of an environmental emission scenario repository for biocides to be included in the Chesar platform scenario-library.
Description	The Biocides unit of ECHA needs to procure scientific capacity to harmonise, revise and input emission scenarios in the new Chesar (Chemicals Safety Assessment) platform in time for the first official release planned for end of 2022. This procurement aims to cover two tasks, which are interrelated: 1. Step 1: Updating all existing biocides emission scenarios by harmonising the format and adjusting the scenarios based on available TAB entries. The updated scenarios will be collected in an emission scenario repository (Word document), which at the same time serves as basis for parts of a Chesar platform manual. 2. Step 2: The inclusion of the adapted emission scenarios in the Chesar platform library. Maximum estimated contract value 139 000 Euros.
