Description	The aim is for 3 framework service contracts to be signed involving assistance with the operation of European Parliament buildings in Brussels.The contract is divided into 3 lots:— lot A: assistance with the operation of buildings — quality control of the main structure, finishings, cleaning and the environment,— lot B: assistance with the operation of buildings — quality control of special techniques,— lot C: assistance with the operation of buildings — health and safety coordination and audits.Tenderers submitting a tender for lot A cannot be contractors or subcontractors under the invitation to tender for inspections of the main structure/finishings and outdoor areas of European Parliament buildings (06A20/2014/M070) for the lot relating to Brussels.Tenderers who submit a tender for lots A and/or B cannot be contractors or subcontractors for lot C.Tenderers may submit a tender for either lot A, lot B or for both lots.
