Description	The EC Representation in Poland is looking for a qualified contractor to organise a European Congress of Youth Councils on 6-8 April 2022. The event is aimed at young citizens active in youth councils (at various levels of local government) interested in European affairs. The tasks of the contractor will cover overall organization of the event (incl. its concept and agenda), implementation of the promotional campaign (incl. inputs on website and social media profiles), recruitment, logistics, contacts with all involved entities and partners, provision of congress materials, hotel arrangements, transportation etc.
