Title	Development and implementation of an emissions quantification methodology for maritime and aviation modes based on existing EU tools.
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The scope of the present study is to extend the tools of JRC.C.4 name DIONE fleet emissions module to non-road transport modes, covering the aviation and maritime sectors. This will enable the unit to answer important policy questions regarding the impact of modal shift from the road transport sector to other sectors and assess the effectiveness of certain policy scenarios from a more holistic perspective. The study will focus on providing necessary reference datasets for the purpose, develop appropriate methods that are compatible with JRC's pre-existing tools and produce the first implementation of it.
