Title	Provision of language training
Description	Tenga en cuenta que no se trata de una licitación, sino de una publicación que anuncia la intención del poder adjudicador de publicar un futuro procedimiento negociado de valor bajo o medio. The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) wishes to organize courses to promote the learning of the following languages: Spanish, English, German, French and Italian at all levels (A1-C2) of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Occasionally, courses in any other official language of the European Union may be requested by EU-OSHA (https://europa.eu/european-union/topics/multilingualism_en). The language courses will be delivered face-to-face, online or in a hybrid mode. In addition, the face-to-face courses may be held at both EU-OSHA’s and the contractor's facilities. For this reason, contractor's premises need to be located in Bilbao, within a reasonable distance from EU-OSHA's premises, so that they can be easily reached by foot or by public transport. A negotiated procedure for contracts with a total estimated volume, for a maximum of 4 years, over 60,000 € and below 139,000 €, will be used, as foreseen in the applicable rules.
