Title	Supply of COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Self-tests
Description	Eurojust intends to conclude multiple framework contracts with reopening of competition with up to 5 contractors for supply of COVID-19 Rapid Antigen self-tests. Economic operators should express their interest to participate in this procedure via e-tendering or by submitting the form on Eurojust website: https://www.eurojust.europa.eu/supply-covid-19-rapid-antigen-self-tests. Economic operators should note that only economic operators established in an EU Member State or in a third country which has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of public procurement will have access to this procurement procedure on the conditions laid down in that agreement. As Eurojust cannot benefit from the Agreement on Government Procurement concluded within the World Trade Organisation (GPA), this procedure also will not be open to economic operators established is GPA countries who do not have access to procurement through other means.
