— supply, as renewal and as first supply, of standard or bespoke professional and semi-professional Horeca equipment to be used on three Parliamentary sites in Brussels (lot 1), Luxembourg (lot 2) and Strasbourg/Bazoches-sur-Guyonne (lot 3), including delivery, unpacking and the recovery of packaging;— installation of the supplied equipment, including checks, tests, adjustments, commissioning, training and acceptance;— dismantling of existing equipment;— implementation projects;— removal of used kitchen equipment for cleanup and dismantling;— collection, transport, disposal or recovery of waste from refrigeration installations;— warranty and after-sales service during and outside the warranty period.

Conditions for participation
The tenderer must be enrolled on the appropriate professional or trade register, except in the case of an international organisation.
A minimum annual turnover during the past two financial years for which accounts have been closed, in the field covered by this contract (lot 1 and lot 3): EUR 1 000 000, lot 2: EUR 150 000)
Financial statements (annual report) for the last two financial years for which accounts have been closed.
— proven experience in the field of the services under the contract, i.e. the sale and installation of professional and semi-professional Horeca equipment;— have an office in or near the location for contract performance, thus providing assurance to the European Parliment that the contractual activities (installation and repairs) will be made within the contractual time limits.
— list of the six main references for contracts executed in the last three years, relating to the sale with installation of professional and semi-professional Horeca equipment in the country concerned, for a minimum value of EUR 10 000 excluding tax for each reference;— description of the local agency (location, staff, technical equipment) available to the tenderer to ensure quality of installation and repair services.
