Titel	EU-GCC Cooperation on Green Transition and De-carbonisation
Beskrivelse	The Overall Objective of the action is to contribute to stronger political and technical relations between the European Union (EU) and the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates), at regional and bilateral levels. The Specific Objective of this action is to deepen engagement in the area of climate change and promote the uptake of green transition policies and technologies by the GCC countries. Special focus will be given to exchange of best practices in the sectors of de-carbonisation, green transition and climate change adaptation. The Action will underpin a substantive dialogue on the above topics; will develop customized policy and practice options to support green transition in the GCC Countries and will facilitate an enhanced cooperation on climate change including in the areas of research and business.
