Titel	Technical support for monitoring HFC price and phase-down evolution as a result of EU policies
Beskrivelse	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases foresees a phase-down of the supply of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) to the EU market. This phase-down has led to increased prices for these gases and a dynamic market situation which needs to be monitored and analysed. The purchase is to support DG CLIMA in monitoring of the effects of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 in particular with respect to the functioning and impacts of the quota system, including potential future developments of that system.
