Titel	Preparation of TED public procurement data for EU reporting under the WTO Government Procurement Agreement
Beschreibung	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The Commission intends to contract services for the reviewing and compiling of TED contract award notices datasets for the years 2021 and 2022 with the objective of providing datasets in line with the above-mentioned requirements of the GPA. To the extent that the relevant contract award notices datasets for the years 2021 and 2022 were not yet publicly accessible via the aforementioned link, they will be made available to the contractor after the entry into force of this contract, which is envisioned for January 2023 for the 2022 TED data to be available.
