Beschreibung	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The following services are foreseen to be provided: • Microsoft Office Enterprise Project Management (EPM) consulting: support to project managers, errors checking, system up and program customizations, PM consulting; • Exceptional maintenance activities as backup and recovery activities, software upgrade, etc.; • Development, upon JRC Ispra request, of “ad hoc” reports, Gantt diagrams, OLAP cubes, custom views, special macros and attributes for projects and resources etc. helpdesk service; • Periodic newcomers training, refresher's courses and when necessary coaching on new functionalities, including the provision of synthetic operating manuals. Specific courses for platform administrators.
