Περιγραφή	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The purpose of this open call is to implement an independent study by the JRC to identify behavioral factors in the interaction between AI decision support systems and professionals when making potentially discriminatory decisions in sensitive domains, such as when hiring or when deciding whom to lend to. The contractor will in particular support the European Commission by implementing an online experiment and recruiting professionals in the relevant industries
