Τίτλος	Works for Infrastructure Improvement of Facilities within the Justice and Penitentiary Sector
Περιγραφή	Infrastructure of facilities within the justice and penitentiary sector will be constructed, renovated and adapted. Capacities for handling migration flows and efficient law enforcement will improve. The targeted facilities are located country wide and the works will be tendered out in 4 Lots, which may lead to awards of contracts to one tenderer or a different number of contracts in combination of Lots to a number of tenderers. The works will be implemented according to the EU Practical Guide (PRAG) rules.

Παρτίδα 1	Lot 1, Construction of facilities for the purposes of the Criminal Enforcement Administration in Danilovgrad	Four separate buildings will undergo works. Construction of Special Health Institution in the Administration for Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions and three objects in the system of enforcement of criminal sanctions: Gate complex, Multifunctional facility and Open type prison. The construction period will be 24 months.
Παρτίδα 2	Lot 2, Reconstruction and adaptation of courts of justice	Amongst others, the works will entail improvements of access and movement of persons with reduced mobility and persons with disabilities, improving the energy efficiency of the facilities and the formation of a one-stop system. Six buildings in total (two in Podgorica, one in Bijelo Polje, Kotor, Berane and Niksic, each) will be improved within a construction period of 6 months.
Παρτίδα 3	Lot 3, Reconstruction of the former border post Bozaj	The works include reconstruction and adaptation of the building to provide migrants with all the necessary assistance in accordance with international standards. The construction period will be 6 months.
Παρτίδα 4	Lot 4, Adaptation of the premises of Customs Administration of Montenegro	The works include Customs House Bar and Customs branch Office Passenger Terminal Bar. The construction period will be 5 months.
