Τίτλος	Supply of a mass spectrometer for trace detection of explosives including maintenance services.
Περιγραφή	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. As JRC develops test standards for ETD equipment, and provides training to Member States. It is important that we have the latest approved model that can be found in European airports and/or used by law enforcement. As a result of this JRC Geel intents to buy a mass spectrometer trace detector. Please find in attachment the draft technical specifications. These can still be modified before the launch date of the call but gives a good impression of our needs. The call will be open also to economic operators outside EU.
