Τίτλος	Refining the JRC mass flow model for priority plastic products and identifying options to achieve the 2025 recycling target of 10Mtonne
Περιγραφή	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The first specific objective of this contract is to improve the data quality and granularity of an initial plastic product model developed for the Circular Plastics Alliance (CPA). The output should be oriented towards elaborating a tool that can help the CPA to collect high-quality data for reporting. The second specific objective of this contract is to use the new data insights to identify options that can be readily implemented by the CPA signatories to improve the overall recycling rate of plastics in the EU by 2025, with a view to achieving the 10 Mtonne target. More specifically, these options should be derived from an in-depth assessment of the differences encountered in terms of recycling rates (e.g. between Member States, between products in a sector or between sectors).
