Description	Compulsory third party liability insurance for motor vehicles belonging to and used by the JRC, Ispra site, and registered in accordance with regulations in force in Italy. The service also includes additional guarantees for the vehicles. The relevant law governing compulsory third party liability insurance for motor vehicles is the Private Insurance Code, Legislative Decree No 209 of 7.9.2005 and subsequent amendments and additions.The list of vehicles to insure will be included in Annex I to the contract.
