Lot 1	General Data Management and Data Science Support	The contractors are expected to provide support to ECDC in the areas of general data management and data science. This would imply e.g. supporting routine and ad hoc data collections from the Member States, data warehousing and third-party data requests (general data management); or optimising and newly developing pipelines for data linkage, analysis, validation and visualisation (data science).
Lot 2	FME and GIS Support	The contractors are expected to provide support to ECDC in the areas of FME and GIS services. This would imply e.g. maintaining and newly developing data flows in the context of data collection, validation, storage, retrieval and analysis (FME); or supporting the processing and visualisation of geocoded surveillance data (GIS).
Lot 3	Qlik Support	The contractors are expected to provide support to ECDC in the area of Qlik services. This would imply e.g. maintaining and newly developing publicly accessible online Qlik dashboards for data visualisation and interactive exploration.
Lot 4	R Support	The contractors are expected to provide support to ECDC in the area of R services. This would imply e.g. maintaining and newly developing data validation, analysis and visualisation pipelines and interactive tools for data exploration and signal detection. Support would be required either full-time or temporary (ad hoc R scripts to be developed according to ECDC specifications).
