Lot 1	Individual training services as per the contractor's catalogue	The contractor will allow target audience to participate in the catalogue training courses offered to the general public.
Lot 2	‘Customized’ collective training courses	On the basis of a prior analysis of training requirements of the target public carried out by the EP services, the contractor will organise ‘customized’ training courses, ensuring development and with a full description of appropriate training actions.
