Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. In order to respond to the increasing volume of interactions and able to tackle this challenge, the Representation has been selected to participate at a pilot project. The objective of the project is to foster community management, not only by responding comments on a strategic and constant manner but also to map influencers, build online communities, etc. The requested budget is for a full time community manager.
