Title	Provision of telecommunication services to EFCA.
Description	The objective of the contract to be concluded is to fulfil the telecommunications needs of the European Fisheries Control Agency with the services of IP telephony, mobile communications and Internet.This means to unify, update and renew the telecommunication services at EFCA to achieve the following:— to offer new telecommunication services to EFCA users,— to have a single contract and provider for the services of IP telephony, mobile communications and Internet,— to improve business continuity, breaking away the service from the place of work,— to integrate the telecommunications, so users may be contacted by IP-phones, mobile phones and MS Skype for business,— to improve and simplify the management of telecommunication services by having a unified communication environment and a single provider,— to unify the invoicing procedures.By this contract, EFCA requests the delivery of unified communications as a service only. No equipment will be purchased, but requested as a service, where required.
