Title	Production of a short film to illustrate Ireland’s 50 years of EU membership
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The European Commission Representation in Ireland is planning to launch a call for tenders for the production of a short film or animation to illustrate the positive impact of EU membership for Ireland since 1973. The script and content should be developed in consultation with EU experts and should appeal to a wide audience. The contractor will produce this short film/animation in English and Irish, with subtitles. They should supply the finished product in a format which may be broadcast and which can be hosted on the Representation’s website, as well as on social media platforms. The contractor will also supply images and trailer clips for promotion.
