Lot 1
Logistic Services
The aim is to provide a professional reception facility. The reception desk is the first interface of the organisation towards the public. The objective is to welcome visitors and staff, support registration of meeting participants, and manage incoming phone calls to ensure the high-level corporate image of ECDC.The aim is to provide logistic assistance services: meeting room management, office management, asset management, office supplies.The aim is to provide support to mailroom and archive services for assuring rapid, reliable and confidential handling of incoming and outgoing paper mail as well as e-mail and to support the archivist in the day-to-day work at the centres paper-based archives.
Lot 2
Removal Services
The objective is to contract a professional and reliable contractor for the organisation and implementation of primarily internal removal services. The removable objects are mostly office furniture, and some IT equipment. Occasionally, removal services can be requested outside ECDC premises, within Stockholm area.
Lot 3
Disposal Services of Furniture and ICT Equipment
The objective is to ensure disposal of the furniture and ICT equipment in accordance with best environmentally friendly practice, and following national laws.
