As part of an international round robin exercise under the umbrella of the Global Technical Regulation 20 on Electric Vehicle Safety, the European Commission's Joint Research Centre Directorate for Energy, Transport & Climate, in Petten, intends hereby to a Rapid Heating-Triggered Thermal Runaway Propagation test of an electric vehicle, including gas analysis and cabin air quality measurements, to be performed at the tenderer's premises.
