Title	Building 040 Facade renovation
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The facade of Building 040 has to be renovated to improve the insulation in order to lower the energy consumption and to improve the aesthetics coherence of the building To improve the thermal insulation of Building 040, the facade will be insulated on the outside. This to meet the need on energy savings and the possibility to use lower temperature for heating the building. The building was erected about 50 years ago and has been modified and expanded many times over the years. The facade renovation will improve the aesthetics and coherence of the building.
