Description	Provide the following quality services in the EU Information Centre: — information service (receive random visitors, visiting groups, schools and organisations, answer citizens' questions and requests in person, by telephone or e-mail, assist in finding information online, order and distribute EU publications when they are out of stock and also upon request), — organisation of indoor and outdoor events (conferences, briefings, thematic EU weeks, dedicated European years, lectures on a given EU topic, workshops, exhibitions), — technical assistance to the Representation's communication activities.
