Title	Provision of audit support services for the European Commission's Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations– ECHO.
Description	The European Commission wishes to conclude a multiple framework contract (FWC) for carrying out financial and systems audits, verifications and analytical reviews of recipients of ECHO financial contributions in accordance with its audit strategy 2016–2020. ECHO must ensure the legality, regularity and sound financial management of funded operations. The audit strategy adopted by ECHO for the period 2016–2020 forms part of the larger control matrix designed to limit the financial and reputational risk faced by ECHO in the achievement of its objectives in the field of humanitarian aid and civil protection.
