Title	Access to healthcare for people in rural areas.
Description	Purpose: The purpose of this project is to identify and implement actions to help EU Member States improve access to healthcare in rural areas. It will concentrate on the general objective — to which the project should contribute although without aiming to achieve it with this contract — which is ‘to contribute to better access to good quality healthcare in rural areas’. Subject of contract: The subject of this contract is a project to propose the development of actions to support EU Member States in improving access to healthcare in rural areas. 4 results are expected from this project: 1) assessment of the situation, review of the current state of the art and collection of best practices; 2) exchange of information and provision of policy guidance; 3) support Member States in implementing adequate best practices in their rural territories; 4) dissemination of project results.
