Description	A multiple framework contract with reopening of competition to provide economic analysis in support of small and medium-sized enterprises' policy. A multiple framework contract with reopening of competition will be concluded with a maximum of 5 selected tenderers. The objective of this call for tenders is to provide EASME with a flexible tool (i.e. the FWC), to request specific and timely economic analysis in support of SME policy. In this regard, the call for tender aims at selecting contractors capable of providing expert capacity that will be used, on demand, by means of specific service requests. As far as the work is concerned, it will mainly consist of studies and analyses to assess the impact of policy measures on the competitiveness of European enterprises and industry sectors, and the extent to which the measures proposed are technically and economically feasible and the most cost-effective.
