Transmission of signals for audiovisual and IT purposes between the European Parliament on one side, and the European Commission, the European Council and the Résidence Palace on the other side.
The European Parliament requires in the context of its audiovisual activities (mainly the provision of institutional audiovisual coverage of the European Parliament's activities: plenary sessions, committee meetings, illustrating and broadcasting those activities, etc.) connectivity with: — the European Commission, — the European Council, — Résidence Palace. This connectivity concerns the sending and receiving of audio, video and/or data signals, and/or the provisioning of dark fiber between those locations.
