Title	Framework contract for the provision of mobile satellite communication for EASO.
Description	Within the scope of the services, the EASO seeks to conclude a framework contract for the provision of the following services/supplies: a) post-paid mobile voice and messaging services; b) post-paid mobile data/Internet services; c) supply of voice and data capable phones/smartphones/tablets and related accessories (headsets, USB connection cable, installation software, charger, etc.); d) SIM cards and associated services and equipment for handling SIM cards; e) provision of monthly telephone bills, call records and reports on the data/mobile Internet traffic and status of equipment acquisition; f) 24/7 contract management support; g) provision of ‘zero surprise’ subscription to fixed consumption limitation; h) provision of mobile device management software to the subscriptions (potential).
