Description	The purpose of this service contract is to provide advice for the Commission services on technical issues, related to the elaborations aimed at the adoption of harmonised technical specifications, notably European assessment documents, under Construction Products Regulation (305/2011/EU; the CPR). More specifically, the contractor shall analyse the different stages of these procedures, with a view to proactively pre-empting any future complexities caused by their final outcomes.
