Title	Study of the economic efficiency and legal effectiveness of review and remedies procedures for public contracts in the EU.
Description	This study of the impact and effectiveness of the public procurement review and remedies directives will analyse how the provisions of the public procurement review and remedies directives have been implemented in practice by the courts and review bodies in Member States.It will provide the factual basis for a review of the implementation of those directives as required under Article 4a of Directive 89/665/EEC and Article 12a of Directive 92/13/EEC (as amended by Directive 2007/66/EC) and a wider assessment of the impact of the Directives.
