Title	VECTO: Extension to hybrids and further technical support
Description	VECTO is the tool that will be used for certification purposes. It has been developed by the Commission and can determine CO2 emissions and fuel consumption from Heavy Duty Vehicles (HDVs). Certain vehicles' categories have been already introduced in the certification regulation and the tool is capable of handling them. Hybrid vehicles are not covered from the tool at the moment and in this tender there are certain tasks where the contractor shall be working in order to address this type of vehicles. At the end of the contract the tool and the software should be updated in a way that all tasks have been incorporated in the latest version of the tool. Some budget has been also foreseen for technical support. The tool has to be regularly updated in order to follow the latest developments in the field of automotive.
