The objective of this assignment is to design options for a new network structure for Ukrposhta’s postal and financial service logistics. The to-be network structure should reflect the changed operational needs as well as the shift towards parcel service and customers’ changing quality requirements. The aim of the assignment is to develop several alternative options for a new network structure. Based on these options, the assignment will determine investment needed for transformation and set out an investment plan.
