The main objective of this study is to provide the Commission and other public authorities with insights on the effects that the deployment of driver assistance, partial and full automation will have on the behavior of all road users in traffic and, in particular for drivers of motor vehicles, and asses the consequences for EU legislation particularly concerning drivers training and licencing
