Description	The subject matter of the contract is to collect retail services price information on fixed, mobile broadband, voice and TV services in a standardised and comparable way across all EU Member States and a selected number of third countries on yearly basis for the period 2019-2021. The study will first develop a price data collection since it has to report on the retail prices of fixed, mobile broadband, voice services and TV of a selected number of operators in each market to find the least expensive offer for a standalone and a selection of household consumption baskets with different consumption patterns.
