Description	The aim of this contract is to carry out architectural/engineering and assistance/consultancy assignments involved in the property management and policy of the contracting authority in Luxembourg.These project-type architectural/engineering assignments involve studies and/or monitoring and inspecting works in the building field. The assignment involves carrying out full or partial projects, including (depending on the case) the following phases: preliminary studies, preliminary design, design, permits, assistance with invitations to tender, monitoring and inspection of works and assistance during the works acceptance stage and the warranty period.The assistance and consultancy assignments are within the building field. Each institution manages the buildings its occupies in line with its obligations as a tenant, usufructuary, owner, etc.
