Title	Multiple framework contract with reopening of competition for the provision of evaluation services to the European Commission in the field of trade.
Description	The objective is to set up a framework contract for conducting background studies which could feed into an impact assessment of a possible trade or investment negotiation, for sustainability impact assessments (SIAs) of trade negotiations and for 'ex-post' evaluations of trade or investment agreements. For the purpose of this framework contract, 'trade or investment negotiations' and 'trade or investment agreements' shall be understood as referring to bilateral, plurilateral or multilateral agreements as well as unilateral preferential trade arrangements.
