Title	Homogeneity testign of ERM-FC440
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. Homogeneity testing of the raw material of European Reference Material ERM-FC440. This homogeneity testing is necessary for the production of a Certified Reference Material (CRM). RM-FD440 is a resin-bonded glass fibre insulation material. The contractor will receive 48 plates of 600 mm x 600 mm x 30 mm of a glass-fibre insulation board. Each plate will be individually numbered. The material has a density of 135 kg/m3 and a thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/M °C ate 10 °C The purpose of the study is to investigate the homogeneity of the material: homogeneity of thickness, density and thermal conductivity. An ISO 17025 accreditation for the measurements or equivalent will be one of the selection criteria.
