Title	Support for 'Build up' skills EU exchanges and analysis on construction skills.
Description	Under the 'Build up' skills initiative of the intelligent energy Europe programme, the EASME has funded a series of projects aiming to increase the energy skills of the building workforce in Europe. The 'Build up' skills initiative is formed of 2 pillars: pillar I projects have identified energy efficiency training gaps in the construction sector, whereas pillar II projects focus on the implementation or strengthening of training programmes and qualification schemes and the actual upskilling of the workforce. Each of these projects has a strong national dimension.The purpose of this tender is to foster the international dimension of the 'Build up' skills initiative and the collaborations among these national projects which are crucial to their success. The scope of the tender also includes the new projects selected under the Horizon 2020 construction skills funding topic (H2020 Topic EE4).In particular, the successful tenderer will closely cooperate with the EASME to design, organise and animate the EU exchange meetings where all the 'Build up' skills projects from all over Europe will be presented twice a year; to develop and animate the 'Build up' skills network also outside the official gatherings via the creation of technical working groups and a strong communication strategy; and to analyse and monitor progress and results of all these projects in order to carry out a first assessment of the 'Build up' skills pillar II initiative and Horizon 2020 construction skills topic.
