Title	Service contract for the Secretariat for European Green Capital Award and European Green Leaf.
Description	The objective of this call for tender is to select a contractor to assist the European Commission in managing the European Green Capital Award (EGCA) and European Green Leaf (EGL) on a day-to-day basis.The tasks of the successful tenderer for both initiatives will include:— developing and implementing a communication strategy to generate greater awareness about and higher participation in the EGCA and EGL competitions,— providing a secretariat which will provide day-to-day support for the implementation of both initiatives,— implementing and overseeing the EGCA and EGL winning city selection processes,— producing analytical reports and assessing the key indicators.
