Title	Support to the development and implementation of Innovation Union commitment 21 on knowledge transfer.
Description	The aim of the current tender is to provide support to the development and implementation of commitment 21 of the Innovation Union. It addresses the following items:— analysing the existing legal regimes in the Member States regarding management of intellectual property and transfer thereof and investigating the need for and feasibility of an EU legal instrument or other measure on knowledge transfer,— analysing existing model agreements for the transfer of knowledge from higher education institutes performing research and public research organisations to the business sector and delivering a set of model agreements which can be used by participants in the existing and future EU research funding programmes,— building networks and platforms to strengthen partnerships between academia and business through inter alia cooperation between knowledge transfer offices in specific sectors.
