Description	The contract will involve the setting up of a Technical Assistance (TA) Facility to provide high-level technical support and policy advice to the Secretariat of the OACPS, for the implementation of the 11th EDF Natural Disaster Risk Reduction (NDRR) programme. The TA will support the Secretariat of the OACPS in fulfilling its overall coordination, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, knowledge creation, visibility, and communication functions, as well as supporting recovery processes in post disaster contexts. The TA will be mandated to providing specific analytical work (technical studies, policy notes, research papers, amongst others) in support of the implementation of the 11th EDF NDRR Programme on a demand driven basis.
