Description	The JRC Karlsruhe intends to purchase a micro-X-ray fluorescence (μ-XRF) device to be installed in an existing lead shielding for the analysis of radioactive samples. The device will be used for the analysis of non-irradiated and irradiated samples, including irradiated nuclear fuel, within the frame of JRC’s nuclear fuel cycle safety, severe nuclear accident, and decommissioning research. The supply contract shall include complementary services like delivery of relevant documentation, the equipment integration and calibration, warranty and related services.
