Título	Treatment of the bituminised drums and other burnable radioactive waste of JRC Ispra
Descripción	JRC Ispra intends to place a contract for the treatment of its bituminised drums waste stream and associatedradioactive waste aimed at the overall minimisation of the final waste package volume and the minimisation oftotal organic content. The scope of the contract will include: a) design and authorisation of the treatment service and the transport of the radioactive waste to/from thecontractor's premises; b) transport of the drums to the contractor's premises; c) treatment of the radioactive waste in an external facility; d) possible transfer of title of some radioactive material for reuse; and e) packaging and transport of the residuals to JRC Ispra. It may also include supplementary activities such as characterisation of the waste, conditioning of the residualsincluding supply of final waste package, relevant related supplies and services, and relevant related works andservices that will be evaluated according to the capabilities of the market notably during the dialogue phase
