Pealkiri	FWC for human iPSC cell derivatives
Kirjeldus	Framework contract for the procurement of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC). The cells will be used in a study to investigate the developmental neurotoxic (DNT) effects of a well-defined chemical library. The results will feed into an international collaboration coordinated by Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) and European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) which aims to improve DNT testing. For this aim, we will first procure neuronal cells (glutamatergic (excitatory) human neurons and astrocytes) but this framework contract can be also exploited in future studies utilising different hiPSC types such as liver cells.
