Pealkiri	Supervision of Works for Infrastructure Improvement of Facilities within the Justice and Penitentiary Sector
Kirjeldus	Under the project, infrastructure of facilities within the justice and penitentiary sector are addressed. The successful Contractor will provide:(a) the services for the drafting of a works tender dossiers based on EU PRAG templates. The works will include:(i) reconstruction/adaptation of courts for access of persons with reduced mobility/improving energy efficiency of the facilities – 6 buildings in total (2 in Podgorica, 1 in Bijelo Polje, Kotor, Berane and Niksic;(ii) construction of facilities for the Criminal Enforcement Administration in Danilovgrad;(iii) adaptation of the customs facilities/border crossing point at Bar; and(iv) adaptation of the former border post Bozaj.(b) The site supervision services assuming the role of the Supervisor’s Representative for above mentioned works. The supervision will be delivered in accordance with the Montenegrin construction legislation and PRAG conditions for works contract.
